1K a year Primary Purpose:
The Maintenance Scheduler will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Marine, HSSE, and Engineering to create schedules for execution during routine facility operations, the schedule will include work plans from planners and will encompass internal and external services, and must have a complete understanding of scheduling and development of both long- and short-term work schedules.
Scheduling must provide details for proper coordination of outside contract services, internal company capabilities, in coordination with all cross functional groups.
Provide reports and updates to supervision through regularly scheduled meetings.
This position has weekend work requirements and call out responsibilities and will be located in Hackberry Louisiana.
Employees' primary residence must be located within a one-hour drive from the Hackberry plant site.
This measure will assure that response time for callouts is kept to a minimum, which increases the safety of our employees in an unexpected or emergent situation.
Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) is required.
Responsibilities:
Build work schedules for routine activities within the site CMMS system (SAP) Work closely with maintenance planners to prepare and develop a schedule to fit time frames required by facility management according to prioritization of facility work plans by equipment criticality, risk assessments, and related maintenance work order backlog Interfaces with other departments including Turnaround, Operations, Engineering, HSSE, and Contractors as needed to insure safe, reliable, and cost-effective work schedules Generate reports and schedule updates for management review Assist in development of maintenance budgets, KPI's, outside service selections Performs other duties as assigned; including back up planners when needed
Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Experience:
Required:
Minimum 10 years working experience in large scale Routine Maintenance and/or Turnaround Maintenance Experience in Heavy Industrial Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Maintenance Preferred:
Experience in Liquefied Natural Gas or Natural Gas processing, or Experience with cryogenic storage, specifically LNG Experience in CMMS systems preferably SAP, Primavera and Micro-Soft Projects for scheduling Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities:
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Knowledge of budgeting, planning, and scheduling Good computer skills Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Organized and able to manage multiple activities timely and with a high degree of accuracy.
Self-starter with ability to work strategically with minimal direction.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, run, sit, kneel, twist, bend, pull, push, carry, lift, reach overhead and drive.
Most activities involve movement of either the upper and lower body extremities or both and the joints associated with these areas of the body.
Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces and climb stairs and ladders that ranges from 4 ft.
to 200 ft.
Must be able to lift equipment needed to perform work.
Must be able to wear safety equipment such as safety harness, respirator and other protective equipment as needed to perform job.
When outdoors, this classification is exposed to extremes of heat, cold, loud noise and dust.
Must be able to sit at a desk and operate a computer for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to be on call, work outside of normal business hours as required and handle emergency response responsibilities.
Must be able and willing to travel for trainings and/or meetings as required.

The U.
S Department of Transportation (DOT) and the company have adopted regulations governing the control of drug use by persons in certain job classifications.
This position is subject to the Federal Pipelines Regulation; and is stipulated in the 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) part 40 that requires drug and alcohol testing and must meet the testing standards.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
